ヒアリング
お客様のご要望やお使いになる環境など、詳しくヒアリングさせていただきます。またご要望をもとにお見積書を作成いたします。ご予算がお決まりの場合は打ち合わせの際にお申し付けください。
※図面やイメージ写真など参考資料がございましたら、当日にお持ちください。Hearing
We will hear in detail about the customer’s request and the environment in which it will be used. In addition, we will prepare a quotation based on your request. If you have a budget, please let us know at the time of the meeting.
* If you have any reference materials such as drawings and image photographs, please bring them on the day. -
お見積ご提出
お打ち合わせで伺った内容に基づいて正式なお見積を作成いたします。

We will make a formal quotation based on the contents of the meeting.

現場確認
担当スタッフが現地に赴き、設置場所に伺い、状況の確認をさせていただきます。事前に現場を確認することで、精密なチェックを行い、最適な設置方法を準備いたします。
※現場の状況により、改めてお見積を提出させていただくことがございます。On-site confirmation
The staff in charge will go to the site and visit the installation location to check the situation. By checking the site in advance, we will perform a precise check and prepare the optimum installation method.
* Depending on the situation at the site, we may submit a quotation again. -
作図・ご承認
製作図を提出させていただき、最終決定・ご承認いただきます。お客様の納得のいくデザインが出来上がるまでじっくりとご相談とご提案を重ねていきます。
Drawing / Approval
We will submit the production drawing and make the final decision and approval. We will continue to consult and make suggestions until the design that the customer is satisfied with is completed.

製作
使用する素材の種類や大きさによって、製作期間が異なります。ご契約の際に、スケジュールも提示しますが、変更のある場合は改めてご連絡させていただきます。
Production
The production period varies depending on the type and size of the material used. We will show you the schedule when you sign the contract, but we will contact you again if there is a change.

納品・設置
完成いたしましたら、お客様のご希望とする日時に納品いたします。
Delivery / Installation
When completed, we will deliver it on the date and time you desire.
